Having moved to Las Vegas in November of 2007 with Hilton Hotels, I joined Best Western just before the first recession in 2008. It was in 2010 that I had the opportunity to branch into Marketing for Vegas Weddings, the premier wedding chapel in the valley, where I was able to dive into social media, work with television producers, and build local relationships with all the hospitality community. I returned to hotel group sales in 2016 by joining Station Casinos as the Sales Manager for Fiesta Henderson where I have enjoyed working with closely with group clients. I am excited to join Westway Hospitality as their Director of Sales & Marketing at their newly renovated Best Western Plus! As a skilled networker, I served on Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Territory, SKAL International Las Vegas, and National Concierge Association Nevada Chapter. In 2015, I was a founding Board Member of the Las Vegas Wedding Chamber of Commerce. My experience as a Director of Sales & Catering in the hotel industry has been with Embassy Suites, Hilton, Best Western, and Marriott. I grew up in the Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas, TX, where my Dad was the General Manager. Being born into an industry that was my future, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University. Through my career, I have worked on new openings of properties and represented seasoned ones that competed successfully against the newer ones. My greatest joy has been representing tourism in Las Vegas, the most fabulous destination in the world!
