It is one of the earliest attempts in terms of designing a common assessment framework, which aims to collect evidence about children’s early and foundational language and numeracy competencies that are aligned to SDG 4.2.1 and SDG 4.1.1(a). 2) Lead member for a multi-lingual / multi-country language & literacy assessment of ELANA (designing a common assessment framework, aiming to collect evidence about children’s early and foundational language and numeracy competencies that are aligned to SDG 4.2.1 and SDG 4.1.1(a) in 9 languages in 12 countries across Africa, North America & South East Asia). 3) Co-leading the assessment of Education Out Loud : A joint initiative of Street child and ASER/Pratham in 4 countries of south east Asia (Nepal, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Myanmar) 4) Leading the Assessment & Research initiative of ASER/Pratham supported by Schemidts Future. ReadNet 5) Heading the Language Assessment Team at ASER Centre-Pratham. Development of program goals, mapping out and creating standardized learning assessment frameworks & instruments alongside implementing the same for large scale projects. 6) Program management which is inclusive of in house team, state teams, volunteers and stakeholders as well as encompasses budgeting and fund management. 7) Coordinating & monitoring ASER Centre activities in states with state team member including liaising and networking with the state governments as well as funding agencies. 8) Developing programs from scratch and managing them from the grass root by doing the field work with my team as well as getting into the desk research and data analysis to understand and report the outcomes. Some of the examples are projects as STiR program evaluation, Pratham-Hybrid Learning evaluation, Google-Bolo/Read along App etc.
