Having worked with industry leaders like KTM (Kiska GmbH), Speedbrain, Aurora Rally Equipment, TVS Motor Company (as an Advanced Designer) and CS Santosh – a Dakar rally veteran, I have experienced and learnt from a large variety of consumer needs. Along with the essential representation skills of a designer to visualize ideas, I have a strong know-how of concept development/refinements, detailing with clay, strategic planning/thinking, manufacturing and market research. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: My passion for off-road motorsports resulted in an extensive thesis where I researched and built prototypes from a Hero Impulse and tested them in rallies under my racing team. Soon after that, I was working with Speedbrain to design the 2018 450 Rally for the Dakar Rally and then headed to KTM to design the 2019 KTM 450 Rally that won the 2019 Dakar Rally. At Kiska GmbH, I also worked with various teams on a large variety of adventure and mobility products harnessing my skills in ideation, concept development, refinements, detailing with clay and strategic planning. The KTM 390 Adventure was a result of this. At Aurora Rally Equipment and TVS Motor company, my skills in industrial design, modelling, cost-cutting, manufacturing processes and market research came in handy. The Husqvarna 701 Lite Rally Kit was highly praised at EICMA 2019 by OEMs and onlookers, helping Aurora Rally Equipment make a big mark in their debut. Branding, marketing strategies and communication/ presentation skills were highly utilized while working with CS Santosh to get him in the spotlight and help him get sponsors for his debut in the Dakar Rally. Today he is the country’s leading off-road racer working with Hero Motosports and representing India globally with multiple sponsorships from around the world. Bigrock Dirtpark, India’s leading off-road training facility by CS Santosh, was also a product of my collaboration with him as Dosmoto where I set the visual language for the brand in both India & Spain at it’s very beginning.
