Watching good people struggle to succeed motivated me to start my business. Prior to coaching, I had a successful career as a Vice-President in corporate banking. Despite my success in the corporate arena, I knew deep down this career path wasn’t for me. I began working as a real estate agent with Keller Williams in 2006 and quickly learned the tools of the trade. Not long after, I started teaching other agents. I soon realized the people I was teaching had the information but not the inspiration. That's when I knew that the calling on my life was to be a coach. While other real estate coaching programs focus on rapid growth and business diagnostics, i.e. more information, most sadly lack the ability to truly inspire people to reach their full potential as business owners AND human beings. I believe that business professionals need coaching to achieve breakthroughs. They don’t need another boss- they need a champion, partner, ass-kicker, and cheerleader. With 12 years of experience coaching, I am a rarity in the industry. My passion for helping others step into their greatness drives me to do whatever it takes to help my clients succeed on their terms.
