I understand the roadmap, challenges, and key stakeholders necessary to transform early discoveries into prescribed medicines. You need to see both the big picture and all the pieces of the puzzle. In my current role, I manage clinical operations for clinical trials bringing cutting edge medicine to patients for the first time. Read, I make sure everything gets done, on time and on budget by leading people, connecting the dots, bringing all the experts and functions together, making sure everyone is crystal clear and of course, I troubleshoot, A LOT. My best skills for that: critical thinking and problem solving and leadership. Besides my work in drug development, I give a voice and a platform to diverse STEMM founders on my podcast, Multiple Hats, showcasing their roots, ignition and what it takes to bring an idea to life.
