In my previous position working as a lawyer, I was steering banks and corporates though international banking and finance matters, specializing in financing mergers & acquisitions, corporate and venture finance, sustainable finance and restructurings. I was strategically advising clients throughout their growth curve as well as on major projects and ventures. Prior to my position as the finance partner at Morrison & Foerster, I worked at Linklaters in Frankfurt and spent time in London at the Global Restructuring Group (CRU) of The Royal Bank of Scotland in the aftermath of the financial crises. I have also continuously supported my community and my colleagues. As a board member of the Morrison Foerster Foundation, I was responsible for its work in Germany, which includes supporting charitable efforts that foster children’s health and growth, at-risk communities, and refugee protection. In the past few years I have trained at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and MIT in improving businesses through health tech ventures and through implementing integrated approaches into organizations, I am committed to promoting sports, nutrition, and overall health and well-being in corporates worldwide. In 2020, the German on-site integrated health and well-being program I have created at Morrison Foerster has received the AZUR award for most innovative project in the country and in 2021 it was recognised second in Best of Legal 2021 by Wirtschaftswoche in Germany. As a curious and driven person, I am always challenging myself to constantly keep learning. I speak four languages (German, English, Hungarian, and Romanian) - each of these cultures being an integral part of me. My book with Markus Hornig - "Winning Inside" - on how businesses can apply the techniques of performance athletes to find greater success in the digital age was published in December 2020.
