Train new hires and supervise one temporary employee to reproduce current year W2’s that may have been lost or destroyed from January through April of each year.(Part-time Seasonal) ACE: Supervise approximately 20-30 Customer Service Reps by phone during the night shift for the current Tax Refund Solutions season that have live questions or issues via phone calls nation-wide from both tax preparers and tax payers in regards to policy and guidelines with tax refunds paid through Republic bank. Also handle calls directly from tax preparers in regards to preparations of taxes, refund amounts, disbursement dates, disputes from tax payers and referral of further inquiries to the IRS directly.Call center; answer and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls for service from public involving Police, Fire, and EMS using CAD, Enhanced 911 computer and mapping system for entire Jefferson county area. Maintain certification in telecommunications in state of Kentucky including LINK and NCIC computer proficiency and CPR and EMD certifications.
