That allowed to decrease and find several process errors, that were made by previous manual processes as well as expand functionality over more countries * Prototyped and designed initial UI of executive reporting interface, that increased adoption of our tool by business users * Increased feed processing speed ~20x by implementing task-based job processing Prototyped and developed UI for manual reviewers, that allowed them to switch from a error-prone spreadsheet-based workflow and improve application review time. * Designed and implemented initial versions of reporting dashboards for music users.Investment bank ODC, Prime Risk & Margin area Worked as entry point for London management, providing that Kyiv team is • Built self-sufficient team of 7 people (5 C#, 1 DB, 1 QA) in Kyiv. Interviewed and hired all of them • Worked as escalation point in support in case of production issues • Established processes of independent and effective development. As example: the team had 0 post-release production incidents after acquiring one of the projects from London team. • Got business and technical knowledge, trained new joiners and RTB people. Provided training of F# language to EPAM Systems employees. • Coordinated development activities with customers, planned iterations, provided release dates • Performed feature design and development, using C#, F# o Implemented data-driven approach to regression/integration testing • Executed resource management: interviewing of candidates, reporting to customer as well as local management, supported of career development of people in my team • Introduced practice of regular formal code reviews to the team workflow, using Atlassian Crucible Technology stack: C#, F#, MongoDB, WCF, MS SQL Server, Windows Forms, .net remoting, TIBCO messaging, SOLACE messaging. managed group of 4 developers on-site work with customer for 2 months C#, MSMQ, .net remoting, MS SQL Server, Microsoft FAST Enterprise search, XML, Java, Tomcat, Linux, work with SMPP protocol. architecture, design and implementation managed group of 2 developers for 6 months C#, WPF, windows services, MS SQL Server, .net remoting, WCF, Oracle, Windows Forms. • Designed and implemented web-based knowledge testing system for sales personnel of distribution network. • Designed and implemented prototype and first version of B2B-system for customers • Web development, using ASP.Net webforms • Database development • Implemented and improved team workflow. As part of development process improvement, initiated and driven transition from Visual Source Safe to Subversion then to TFS. o Implemented continuous integration and unit tests on several projects.
