This in most cases involves dealing with the Owner/MD/FD who has IT under their remit, but doesn't have the luxury of being able to employ a dedicated IT Manager. This scenario provides a better opportunity to learn and really understand the business you're going to be supporting. It's enabled me to build some great relationships over the years and continues to make work enjoyable. My Wife and Kids are the most important part of my life. So long as I can continue to provide a comfortable lifestyle for them with trust and honesty, I am a happy man!
