In addition to his work on large-scale mass tort programs, Andrew also directs the administration of financial, consumer protection and regulatory settlements. These programs involve alleged violations of a broad scope of federal and state laws and regulations, including: (1) Insurance Regulations; (2) The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act; (3) The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act); (4) Invasion of Privacy Laws; (5) Traffic Control Device Ordinances; and (6) False Advertising and Unfair Competition Laws. In law school, Andrew served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce. He has been named among the Virginia Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars.
