With over 13 years of experience in the industry, I am able to understand the day-to-day issues that are occurring in conventional as well as fully automated distribution centers. Having worked with unions and in many different roles throughout my career, I have learned and seen different perspectives of supply chain. From collective agreement negotiations to DC migration, I was able to touch most aspects of the supply chain, as well as working with many departments in order to properly organize and execute many activities. Some of my current roles and responsibilities to clients are to identify market requirements and changes to seize opportunities and efficiently evolve DC’s. I am also assisting clients to understand potential opportunities of development in the warehousing environment whether it towards a simple productivity improvement in a traditional warehouse or towards a fully automated DC.
