I currently attend Full Sail University obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Game Design. I am a few months shy of finishing up my degree and afterwards I am hopeful in obtaining a job in the Game Industry. Outside of the projects I do at Full Sail, three of my closest friends and myself are in the very early stages of developing our own game. We have our sights on something small and manageable for our first game, but that doesn’t mean we won’t reach for the stars with it. When I’m not busy with school, work, or any side projects. I do my best to stay healthy and fit by going to the gym and eating healthy. I find staying fit and healthy a way to keep my mind clear, which in turn helps me to stay focused on any tasks at hand. Occasionally, when I have some spare time I will play video games and board games. Since I’ve been at school I have looked at games much differently than I have in the past, I’m looking at them from a designer’s perspective as well as a player’s. I almost always find something about a game that I might have done differently with it. Whether it is one or some of the mechanics, a certain way they brought in a character into the story, or even bits and pieces of the story itself.
