That too was a cross-cultural and cross-regional effort drawing on editors in the U.S. as well as India, Japan and Australia. In all of my journalism career at AAP initially and at Bloomberg from 2000 to 2019, I have have reported in real time. That's given me the skill to quickly analyse and translate often complex and disparate financial information into something understandable by everyone in minutes. It's made me as comfortable dealing with the minutiae in balance sheets as well as chief executives in board rooms.
