During this time as a maintenance planner, my core role is to ensure the planning and scheduling of mining equipment and to produce an executable plan. The equipment I have planned for and continue to plan for is all heavy earthmoving equipment -Mining trucks, loaders, Graders, Dozers and mining excavator. I have also planned Draglines and Drills. I was part of the initial project that was developing Caval Ridge Mines maintenance strategies. During this period I was involved in strategy development of Caterpillar equipment for the site plus many other ancillary equipment that supports the site. The development included building task lists and master data which ensured the site had ongoing routine strategies to make the equipment reliable and get optimal availability. I have been a Planning superintendent and a business process data coach which entailed much analysis of the business and making improvements to areas that required it. I also have spent many years in the Caterpillar Dealer network. My time within the Cat network I have performed many roles which includes Field Service Technician, Leading Hand, Foreman, Service Advisor and have filled in as Branch manager for Hastings Deering in the Solomon Islands. My primary duties were managing the Hastings Deering field service department and delivering a professional customer service to both internal and external customers. I would assist with on-site maintenance on machinery, tools, preventative maintenance and scheduled/preventative repairs on equipment. My team and I had a strong focus on providing technical and quality support for the Dealers I worked for and the end user in a timely and cost effective manner. Our goal was to be the first choice for our customers and assist them in building their business. Our goal was to deliver an excellent customer service
