In May 2013 after two years of product development, we launched Protein Bites – a high protein, low fat, low carb crisp - working in conjunction with a market leading cereal and nutritional manufacturer. My view on this market was to launch into this sector without innovation and manufacturing facilities, you will simply end up in a price was of "me too" products, equally we are looking to lead with the global trending within protein consumption into health but in a more advanced way that people think it will go. As the market grows products have to be more convenient and equally more engaging in familiarity with main stream eating habits. I am interested in progress, making the most of opportunities and a typical day that is anything but.
