Andrew Clarkson Email & Phone Number | I wear a number of different hats: I am a composer, an organist and choirmaster, but I also have a doctorate in Organizational Behavior with a focus on conflict management and change as well as group dynamics and leadership. (My guess is that I am one of the few organizational behaviorist church musicians….) And yes, I am a Dad - two wonderful daughters - and my family is fundamental to my life. My composing is probably my most important creative work. At this point it is hard to imagine my life without it. (More generally, I have always been drawn to the arts -- I used to make mobiles and long to get back into making them once I can find a suitable workspace.) Most of my consulting work I have done on my own through word of mouth -- I am admittedly not the best at marketing myself. Recently, I've been thinking more about how to put these different parts of my life together in a complementary way -- I've thought about designing management workshops that would draw on both my music and OB background, using music-based exercises to illustrate issues of leadership and conflict management.
