I have deep roots with the pastoral and personal development strands of education - my ‘wheelhouse’ if you will. I’m also a curriculum leader, faculty manager, line manager and Masters student with the NCE studying Senior Leadership and Management. I’m passionate about making a difference. I’ve been part of the same organisation now since an NQT and have risen from classroom teacher, through varying middle leadership positions, to now a member of the core senior leadership team overseeing aspects of the Culture and Conduct agenda. I work hard and I’m extreme proud about the impact that this has on school community.
