Club 18-30 TV is a branded content YouTube channel produced by ITN for Thomas Cook. I produce, edit and present all the content for ITN’s first ever real-time project, Club 18-30 TV. I have spent the last two summers travelling between all of the Club 18-30 holiday resorts, where I have also produced, presented and directed all the shoots. During this time I have also been responsible for generating content ideas, managing the YouTube channel and producing all the video content for Club 18-30's social platforms. Duties include: • Producing, editing, writing and presenting all the content for Club 18-30 TV • Producing all the video content for Club18-30’s social platforms • Having a natural understanding of what drives views and engagement on social media • Having awareness of brand activity on all social channels • Maximising Club 18-30’s presence on YouTube and social media • Generating all of the content ideas for the channel • Working to very tight deadlines • Understanding any restrictions on the use of music/footage on YouTube and the brand's social platforms • Executing sound treatments including music editing, mixing and audio mastering • Directing and producing all of the on-location shoots • Maintaining an archive of all video projects • Preparing all pre-shoot documents including shooting schedules and shot lists • Managing the YouTube channel and AdWords • Managing a network of club reps ensuring they deliver high quality UGC • Stakeholder management • Ensuring all work produced is of a high quality • Taking responsibility for the deadline management, consistency, accuracy and quality of videos in accordance with corporate brand standards.
