At an enterprise level, I make a significant contribution to solution design and interoperability of PACS, RIS, Maternity and associated solutions from a clinical perspective to ensure efficiency, safety and effectiveness. A proven dedicated and professional project manager, I have previously enjoyed leading successful implementation teams and working closely with board level stakeholders and SROs to ensure an end product that meets business and clinical needs. With excellent communication skills, I am able to motivate and guide team members to ensure quality systems delivery. As a former Radiographer I have a strong clinical background, with extensive experience in Healthcare workflow and common radiology practices. I can relate to and understand the challenges presented within the radiology and Maternity business and can draw on experiences of a multiplicity of different Trusts to find solutions for end users.
