Anda Diaconu Email & Phone Number | • Defining the local strategic channels of the brands assigned, in line with the overall strategy of the company • Develop and implement the local marketing plan • Organise, coordinate and evaluate promotional campaigns • To manage relationship with key major clients (pharmacy chains, distributors, etc) with regards to marketing / promotional means / further development of brands within the client • Recommend, negotiate and implement the marketing plan in key major clients • Recommend future promotional activities to develop the brands within clients • Monitor and analyse competition in order to develop opportunities and risks • Manage and further develop the online content of allocated brands • Manage the relationship with suppliers of promotional materials • Manage the relationship with Hartmann sales division, medical division, customer service and logistics; and the international marketing department of Hartmann mother company. • Provide weekly reports and orders on current inventory levels, both in warehouses and pharmacies • Manage purchases from various suppliers to Sensiblu pharmacies • Manage contracts and offers by various suppliers (discounts, payment and other contractual terms) • Receive, process and stack of store merchandise and verifying the best before dates and purchase order. • Sorting the goods and merchandise and assigning relevant price tags and labels • Managing issues that involve missing/deteriorated goods between suppliers, warehouses and pharmacies • Keep in close contact with Sensiblu and Mediplus Key Acoount Managers and Category Managers in order to efficiently coordinate promotions and order free promotional material • Assist pharmacies in solving stock errors, exceptional stock requirements, invoice errors, notice errors, code errors and centralised product returns • Implement pharma/non-pharma/own brands and exclusive cosmetic planograms planograms • Coordinate the distribution of both pharma and non pharma goods according to the requirements of the Mediplus Sales divisions and Stock Coordinators / Sensiblu Alternative Medication, RX and OTC Managers / Sensiblu Category Managers (Baby, Cosmetics, Parapharmaceuticals and Dermo) / Sensiblu Brand Managers (Melvita, Own Brands, L’Occitane, Apivita, Boots, BioSilk, L’Erbolario) • Respond to all management inquiries related to out of stock issues in pharmacies. • Analysis support for the Managing Partner • Manage relationship with suppliers • Benchmark analysis • Creating promotional materials and adverts in various magazines • Creating the protection materials for employees • Offer support to various stations around the country.
