Previous assignment was with Cesare Bonetti as DGM-Channel sales where in 9 month's period established country wide channel network; besides opening key accounts like NTPC, Indo Gulf, NPCIL, Tata Power etc. In my earlier stint with Grainger; distributor for Grundfos domestic pumps; we did a complete turnaround of Grundfos’ domestic pump business through very meticulous planning, recruitment, team building & innovative marketing strategies. This resulted in 26% growth in 2011 YOY followed by 17% growth in first half of 2012. Technology transitions (from CRT monitor to TFT monitor or from 32 bit processor (CPUs) to 64 bit processors) have been some of my most challenging tasks till date. We put change management strategy in place to take care of current stocks while simultaneously introducing new technology SKUS using road shows, branding, sales spiffs etc. I love challenges, especially those that require a new perspective. Putting this perspective in action and the action delivering better than expected results gives me immense pleasure. My motif is to help organizations, grow exponentially by providing sound inputs utilizing my skill sets and experience.
