Closing improvement and NC points. · Plant Layout review, material flow, time study, line balancing, manpower planning, SWCT &other I.E activities. · Independent Handling of six sigma projects and Certified Green belt from Honeywell. · Problem solving through 8D, RCA, A3 projects, Quality & Statistical tools. · Work closely with Global process expert team for project review, process issues resolution & process standardization. · Digital transformation activities & traceability system. · Plant set up & shifting activities (Brown field Layout, Electrical & Fabrication activities, Machine & utilities installation & commissioning in new plant). · Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Error Proofing, RCA, HSE, SPC, APQP, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, ISO & IATF 16949-2016 Standards.
