After coming back from living abroad I decided to continue applying my knowledge within the non profit sector and the international cooperation. I’ve been the Executive Director of a Foundation in Peru, after this I decided to travel the world for a year and when I came back I joined the United Nations’ biggest humanitarian agency: World Food Program WFP where I led the Emergency Communications’ strategy. After a year I became the Communications and Business Development Manager at Plan International. Among my Specialities are: -Designing and Implementing Effective Communications Strategies within different territories and complex junctures -Strong abilities in team and sales management: targeting strategies, CRM and Post Sales -Results oriented, work experience towards goals -Establish and enhance relations with stakeholders -Account Management focusing in customer service -Business plan development, strategy implementation and execution -Fundraising and Storytelling I’ve realized I have 2 big passions: Travel: as a woman, to travel solo has provided me of an inmense capacity of adaptation, empowerment and self-knowledge. To develop social initiatives: During my years of experience in both the corporative and nonprofits environments, I've realized my passion relies in belonging to organizations which are truly change agents, which mission contributes in delivering a positive impact to our global community.
