I have also held 2 different positions at Microsoft for a total of 10 years which included: • 8 years Senior Business Analyst (Bing Search) improving business processes for search and news results by identifying and providing recommendations to increase crawling for missing high quality content and remove poor quality search results. These improvements contributed to a 12% increase in market share in eight years. • 2 years Senior Content, Asset and Taxonomy Manager at Microsoft Market Research collaborating with stakeholders on site information architecture, taxonomy management, content/digital asset management, usability research, content updates and metadata tagging standards for 50,000 documents.
