Amy Morris is a Over 25 years of clinical experience including an extensive background in manual therapy and a unique skill set through advanced certifications in Schroth scoliosis treatment, Pilates and Yoga. My primary areas of interest include manual therapy, craniosacral therapy for pain management along with postural and strengthening education. Personal Philosophy My goal is to provide the highest quality of care for each patient in an effort to return each individual to their maximum functional potential. I believe that as a physical therapist it is my professional duty to teach and give advice to each person, and most of all to listen and show genuine concern for what the patients say and what matters most to them. I also believe in routinely attending continuing education courses as a part of a life-long learning process. Patient Care Philosophy My practice primarily focuses on manual therapy (hands-on) along with postural and strengthening education. My goal as a therapist is to give my patients the tools and resources to manage their symptoms and overall health. I see myself as a facilitator and educator. I strongly believe that by utilizing manual therapy along with appropriate education and exercises, I can guide my patients to an independent treatment plan that allows them to not only improve the ailment they originally began therapy for, but to improve their overall well-being.
