Amber Cekander Email & Phone Number | When I graduated Spring Arbor University, I took with me not only a Bachelor's degree in English and Communications, but a love and understanding of the transformative power of stories that radically shifted my worldview. However, that passion didn't stop that little question that had followed me for four years: "What are you going to do as an English major if not teach?!" I will be immersing myself in narratives for as long as I can. In my time at Spring Arbor, I had the opportunity to tell a wide variety of stories: from the creative prose and poetry I helped curate as the Editor-in-Chief of the university's literary journal to the breaking news and hard topics reported on in the campus news-magazine "The Pulse," stories were (and continue to be) a major part of my life. My goal is to continually be a part of environments where I can create, share, study, and develop my passion and skills for story-telling and to inspire and aid others in their discovery of that passion, too.
