Teaching is about inspiring a passion for learning in as many children as possible while encouraging them to take risks and explore. I believe that the best approach is a child-centered approach. This democratic method both incorporates children's interests and allows all them to succeed within the areas of: thinking critically, working with others, and continuously improving within a safe and comfortable environment.
