Alyssa Landry Email & Phone Number | I've been telling stories for as long as I can remember, starting at the tender age of six when I first roped my younger sister into playing the part of the horse in a very personal adaptation of my then favorite book, Cowboy Small. Fast forward through a music degree at Berklee College of Music and a successful career telling stories on the French musical theater stage as an actor (manning the barricades in Les Miz, wearing ribbons down my back in Hello Dolly, and baking some of the worst pies in London in Sweeney Todd!) It wasn’t long before I began conceiving and writing original musicals myself, including the award-winning Jusqu’aux Dents (Prix SACD), and Élémentaire, Mon Cher!, which was performed at the Bastille Opera. I wrote my first show for Disneyland Paris in 2009 and became totally hooked on the magic of immersive storytelling. From there it was just a sidestep into XR, exploring 360˚ worldbuilding and the many narrative forms that emerging technologies offer us. My work is story driven and deeply focused on the user journey as audiences navigate and interact with an experience. My proudest moment? When Double Eye Studios' Finding Pandora X won "Best VR Immersive User Experience" at the Venice Film Festival 2020. Do you have a project I could help with? Let’s talk!
