Al’s previous roles at General Dynamics include Senior Vice President of GDIT’s Navy and Air Force Systems Division, Vice President of General Dynamics Networks Systems’ Air Force and Navy Solutions, and Vice President of General Dynamics C4 Systems’ General Dynamics Interactive. Prior to General Dynamics’ acquisition of GTE Government Systems in 1999, Al spent approximately 15 years in a number of business development and strategic leadership positions with GTE Government Systems and GTE Laboratories. Al earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University. He is an executive committee member of the international board of directors of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA).
