Each area of study complemented one another and provided me with a heightened understanding of the collaboration and alignment that HR can bring to business, while moving the needle from HR being a business partner to a strategic function of the business with a focus on all things People related. I'm fortunate that the leadership of Ethos Engineering support this forward-looking viewpoint. Throughout my career I have learned the importance of having downtime and making it part of my regular day. Time spent with my husband, family, and friends, where we can laugh and catch up reenergises me, as does time on the tennis court, walking with my dog and watching Liverpool FC.
