Alice Hargreaves is a I'm a UX/ UI designer passionate about creating engaging digital experiences at the intersection of user and business needs. Using the Double Diamond process across the UX and UI fields, I help create solutions by empathising with the customer through human-centred design. By understanding a company’s brand and identity, I strive to get the best experience possible for the user. In my previous experience, I have undertaken a range of Textile Design and Product Development roles to build a diverse skill set in both the design and development of physical and digital products. In combination with my knowledge of UX/UI design, these roles have provided me with extensive experience in a range of design and communication skills, including presenting product ranges to senior management and key stakeholders, working collaboratively with different teams across a business, and working towards a client brief while utilising a design thinking approach. My transition to UX design was motivated by wanting to put the user as the focus of every design decision. I believe in creating seamless experiences, through research and creative problem solving, which keep users coming back for more.
