Alfie Dallas Email & Phone Number | Whilst working with Motors I was assigned to the Private Seller team. My role was to validate the posts made by private sellers on the site. It was my responsibility to ensure there were no hoax or scam postings made. My role was also to act as first line technical support for any customers, assisting with any queries they may have. This was challenging, as customers often requested assistance when they were disgruntled or frustrated. I had to ensure my approach was calm to diffuse any difficult situations. I was responsible for carrying out ‘Health checks’. After customer accounts are created they are referred to me to validate the information and ensure the account set up has been completed successfully. Part of my role was to provide training of how to navigate & use the website. This training was provided for car dealers.I worked in the checkout department. Working in Tesco helped develop my customer service skills greatly. I had to ensure I was polite and friendly in my approach and also able to confidently and calmly deal with customer complaints. Working shift work also helped me improve my time keeping skills and heightened my awareness of how important my appearance is in a customer facing role. So I always ensured I was smartly presented. Whilst working there I passed the bronze customer service award and began working towards achieving the silver award.
