But I've found that in the long run it's so ingrained in my character to question, and not give up that I guess some people would call me a fool. Wheres others would not. We are told we should be living in a golden age, but we are piling on self-made pressure that are challenging relationships and health for people. I am trying to make things better in the ways I can. Mostly connected to IT, but also with other things. I am looking for that golden nugget to trigger a golden age, for man or just for an individual I get the oppurtunity to assist. Trying to listen for the needs of others, then to solve their needs. Not always giving people what their asking, but rather trying to give them what they need. In contact with organizations I try to look beyond and see the people, and the true values. What do they need to be able to live a good life while at the same time fulfilling the needs of the organization, do we have a smarter way of doing things, can we get the same amount done with less time or effort, to free up minds and creativity both on and off work. And how do we protect what needs to be protected? I am a firm believer of keeping things as simple as possible, while dealing with complex tasks. That is sometimes not the easiest. Having run my own business since 2009 and being able to join different at some forward-thinking companies I've gained invaluable insights and experience. My overall goal is to create a life that I can be proud of, where I have had as much fun as possible at the same time as I have stayed true to my values and helped others and myself along the way. I want to be able to tell myself that I dared, wanted and did. That I took care of everyone who's important to me and that I at least try to help people when I have the opportunity.
