Alexander Dingman Email & Phone Number | Started as field hand in September 2011 for Costrotta Construction and Management, doing rooftop builds in North Jersey for Black & Veatch. I was fortunate enough to be with experienced and friendly industry vets who helped show me the way. I use tools they gave me to this day. Metaphorically and literally. 6 months into working, I was leading a crew of 3 other workers doing LTE upgrades for Verizon Wireless. Over the next 3 years I worked to hone my skills as a lead tower technician. Mostly working on Verizon LTE in the NJ Market, and Sprint Network Vision in NYC. Once Costrotta and Metro RF merged in 2014, I joined was asked to join a road crew to troubleshoot AT&T sites for Ericsson in the Midwest. Me and another RF tech drove from NJ to Ohio, Illinois and Missouri, hitting 2-3 sites per day. That was a highly positive learning experience for me. Pushing the limits of what I thought I was capable of. I returned to NJ 3 months later a stronger and safer climber. In April or 2015, I left Costrotta on good terms to pursue an opportunity at Telcom Engineering Group. I went down to the Philadelphia market to lead there road crew on AT&T 3C & 4C upgrades through Jacob's. This project was short lived. Then I started on a new team doing VZW AWS and PCS adds in NYM and NJ markets. Building 2-4 sites per week, every week, for the next 2 years. Once I had demonstrated my skills in troubleshooting, using Anritsu sweep gear and any brand of PIM gear, I was pulled from the construction crew. I was assigned a truck and given my own tower hand. We would go to sites after the construction team was done, and preform any troubleshoots needed to get the site turned up. In the summer of 2017, I was promoted to Construction Manager. I was responsible for scheduling our in house crew, and our sub contractors, ordering materials appropriate for the scope listed, scheduling the service affecting work with Verizon Ops, and reporting progress or problems to the Implementation team. After 3 years as a CM with this VZW team, in 2020, Telcom Engineering Group merged with Leone Electric Company and our team had some changes made. Bringing in new faces with new ideas of how thing could be. Once we all got to know each other, our strengths and weaknesses, we have used teamwork to help make the Verizon Wireless team one of the most profitable and professional teams in the whole company, which now has a national footprint. I am currently the lead Project Manger for Tristrux VZW sites in the NYM Market, with 2 managers working under me.
