SPACEFLIGHT Hardware Experience: -KUBIK on ISS -FOTON-M3 Thanks to my past work experience I have a very good knowledge of microgravity simulators (Rotating Wall Vessels, Random Positioning Machine, clinostat). My experience working with microgravity simulators allowed me and my group to develop and patent a novel low-shear based bioreactor: the NMR-compatible reduced gravity simulation based bioreactor (NRG). Specialties: Animal Models (breeding and genotyping) - Mouse - Zebrafish Cell cultures -Stem cells culture -Human endothelial cell culture (HUVEC) -Lymphoma U937 -Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Analytical techniques -High Field NMR -Solid State NMR -NMR MOUSE -HPLC -Fluorimetric spectroscopy -Fluorescence microscopy -Conventional optical microscopy -Confocal optical microscopy -Gene expression analysis by Real Time RT Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) -Western Blotting
