Alessandro Tortorella is a Green Utility is a group operating in the area of systems development / investment in renewable energy and the energy management, Pro Green Srl is a newly established company (2018), 100% owned by Green Utility SpA, focused on the construction phase of the projects. During my long experience in Green Utility (since 2007 when we were 5 people at the head of the startup) I gained experience in Business Development, Project Management and Management Control, Economic and Financial analysis. Since 2017 I'm Procurement and Order Management Manager, following different activities: - negotiation with suppliers/final customers; - drafting of contracts; - economic and financial analysis (Business Plan and Financial Statement); - supply chain control; - supporting with the Commercial Director for redaction of annual business budget report (evaluation cash flow, IRR, EBITDA and others financial KPI's). Project Manager for total 40 MW of photovoltaic plants, and 2 MW of EESS (storage system projects) with particular focus on the economics and financial analysis. I am actively involved in the valuation of the feasibility of project and also in the analysing of investments for companies and private clients. Besides I am participating in the project-development, direct investments and project financing realised by the company in the sector of renewable energy Teacher at second level master "MANAGEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE ENERGY", from 2011 to 2016.
