Alejandro Rosino Messa Email & Phone Number | The most valuable takeaway of my experience in the engineering and monitoring of major industrial facilities for more than 20 countries, is that objectives are only achievable through people integrated in a skilled and motivated team in which every member has responsibility over such skills and motivation. During these years in major Energy sector companies where I commenced my career after studying Chemical Engineering, I have worked as a specialist, coordinator and manager of industrial safety and security (HSE / HSSE) in EPC and FEED proposals and projects as well as controller of incidents in operating facilities. I have had the privilege to be part of highly professional teams and collaborate with multiple disciplines, management, vendors, contractors and clients in multicultural environments. At a technical level I have developed safety and security engineering design of facilities performing risk assessments and specific studies: noise and dispersion software simulations, HAZOP / SIL, Building Risk Assessment, equipment specification, hazardous substances requirements, security design... At a managerial level I encountered great challenges, some still in progress. The responsibility over the design, coordination and contractual defense of critical asset facilities represents a tangible step forward in the trust put by the company, also expressed in my assignment to implement pilot activities and corporate procedures. I feel fortunate to have counted on superior managers that recognized my work and I am proud to be able to recognize it myself. My colleagues see me as a versatile engineer, analytical and committed, capable to keep a general perspective and also to take a specialist role in areas within my expertise and new ones. I value dynamic work, learning, respect, smooth communication, good working environment and visibility over the process that lead to the objective. I am motivated by research and engineering analysis, satisfaction for accomplishments, maximizing safety and environmental conservation. The latter is personally crucial as a passionate diver and nature lover of which its conservation represents an essential value that I take to a personal level and to my sports life. In the end, I find the purpose of my work on fulfilling power and production needs while undeniably securing safety and environmental conservation for the sake of a sustainable progress.
