Level specific accountabilities: 1.Preparing Techno-Commercial Bids: preliminary study of the enquiry and basic scope of supply; detailed study of relevant documents (technical specifications, scope of supply, exclusions, plot plan, etc); planning, organizing & time management to submit techno-commercial offer to the sales department. 2.Sub-suppliers correspondence and sourcing: technical and commercial evaluation of sub-suppliers offers to insure that the received offer is in compliance with Client’s specification & process requirements. 3.Detailed cost estimation: cost estimation of the system; cost estimation of overheads, services/manpower required to execute the system/project. 4.Preparation of detailed technical & commercial offer along with compliance/deviation statement: prepare technical offer including deviations/clarification, scope of supply, equipment specifications; prepare commercial offer including price break down and delivery schedule. 5.Techno & commercial clarification with the Client: reply to the Technical Queries; prepare revised techno-commercial offer in line with all till date correspondence with Client. 6.Post Order Correspondence with Internal team members:prepare rationalized internal proposal information; attend the internal transference meeting with the Projects group; assist the project & procurement team during the execution of the project.
