I am working with Microsoft as Consumer Master Trainer and Content Creator for Microsoft ExpertZone LMS (almost 1k users yearly) and its Social Media on Facebook, YouTube, Twitch and Instagram (+18k followers in total), dedicated for Retail Sales Assistants and Microsoft Fans. I am host of products presentation events and corporate events both national and international and I have been working as a Trainer for more than 10 years. Since 2016 I am Content Creator for the creation of live streams, unboxing videos, how-to tutorials and I am able to manage the entire creation process: rubric choice, scripting, technical setup, live delivery and insights analysis. In the last years I am working closely with Microsoft Corporation Partner Activation team to identify Trainers community needs and create new and relevant contents to be cascaded in all Markets, with a split of workload 70% locally focused and 30% Corp focused. Local events management and super visioning are some of my responsibilities, with the task to engage different stakeholders, build long last relationship and trust, to ensure the maximum level of return of investment. I have collaborated with all main Retailers in Italy like Gamestop, Mediaworld and Unieuro as Microsoft Brand Ambassador for many projects during the years. Currently I live in Emilia-Romagna, near Rimini and I often travel for work in Milan but I am used to move internationally for working purposes
