Also served as the NRRO Security Officer and was recognized as the best field office Security Officer for his work in developing and implementing a one of a kind shipyard access control program that allowed foreign national access to both public and private shipyards. Early in my Navy career spent 14 years as a nuclear propulsion plant operator and supervisor. Designated a Master Training Specialist at the Naval Nuclear Power School where he was recognized by a prime contractor assessment team as “The best training Engineering Officer of the Watch seen at seven prototypes.”
