My management of change is smooth and efficient whilst understanding the challenges that programme management brings, addressing issues head on. I don’t play semantics. My coaching also involves facilitation, mentoring, advising, training. All adaptable according to the situation. It is essential I provide this support in-house as an integral member of the senior management team because I do not believe it is practical to take it out of the environment also being developed.
