I have actively led operational changes by restructuring services and integrating teams from across different specialisms. Not only has this been beneficial in cutting costs, but also enhancing new opportunities. I am experienced at performance managing staff and am a strong believer in staff development, I see this as a great management tool in itself, by aiding staff to reach their full potential. I am sure if asked, my staff would say I am a very approachable, problem solver, consistent, and fair manager that achieves excellent results.
