Alan Cosimo Ruggeri is a So far I worked on many projects, i.e., astrophysics and radiotelescopes in the SKA project, particle physics and detectors in the Hyper-Kamiokande experiment, space instrumentations in the ESA-ROSCOSMOS ExoMars mission. I have many technical skills, but also I am in charge as an international coordinator in several tasks in the scientific collaborations. I am an excellent member for R&D division, both as a physicist as concerning technical and scientific tasks and a manager to manage activities and tests. I can understand specific aspects of a project and analyse them with the team, without to lose the overall project view. My large experience in several experiments, from development to assembly, give me a complete view to find the best solution, also cooperating with different WGs. My analytical competences can help to solve the most of problems in any project, but discussions with the team under several aspects is the key of the success.
