I have demonstrated skill in developing partnerships with EPC organizations ensuring that operational readiness & commissioning and start up needs are strongly represented throughout the projects. For most of my career, I was passionately involved in the development of people and have demonstrated success in building technical and operational teams through integrated recruitment and leading them through extremely challenging circumstances to deliver exceptional results to the business.
