As a result of my experiences my sales philosophy is simple: develop long term relationships and provide them value. The numbers will follow. Technical sales requires different sales approaches:consultative,application,negotiated, & service. Each application & customer can be different and,therefore, requiring a different approach on the part of the sales professional to solve customer problems or fulfill sales opportunities. Sales management is all about coaching and supporting those making customer contacts as well as making accurate forecasts of the total results of these customer activities.
