Alain Blanco Menndez Pmp Email & Phone Number | As an experienced Project and Process Expert and Technical Project Director, I have been in charge of developing the most important projects (as property engineering) of the Group Sniace between 2005 and 2013. Between 2013 and 2015 I worked for Group Altri at Caima Mill developing its new Dissolving Bleaching Line and cooking strategies. Since year 2015, I have been working for ENCE Group at Navia's Mill both as a Project and Process Expert. As a result of the development of these projects, I am enough skilled in multidisciplinary project design and management. The skills I have acquired are mainly regarding project definition / design, contract negotiations (Sweden, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, USA), contracting, managing, erecting, commissioning, start up and performances test definition / assessment for facilities take over as well as Cooking, Washing and Bleaching process optimization. Although my basic academic and professional background is related to electricity, machinery control, power electronic and drives, the doctorate studies have permitted me to easy understand and master other project disciplines such as process balance optimization, process control, piping, pumping, heat exchange, and so on. I have developed my own tools for process understanding, balancing and improving based on MS Excel and VBA macros programming as well as Matlab - Simulink. Along my last 5 years in Sniace (Green Source) I have been leading an R&D Company Division related to the development of second generation biofuels and acid sulphite cellulose process optimization.
