I have extensive experience in the application of geometric design criteria and guidelines for all roadway types referencing such documents as the AASHTO Publication “A Policy on Geometric Design of Highways and Streets,” the NJDOT’s “Design Manual – Roadway,” the NJDOT’s “Design Exception Manual,” the “Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways,” and the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Report 672 “Roundabouts: An Informational Guide.” My background includes many other aspects of site, civil and municipal engineering such as: parking lot and access design, storm water management, utility design, right-of-way engineering, construction staging, and the development of Maintenance / Protection of Traffic (MPT) schemes. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, am a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey, and I successfully completed the New Jersey Municipal Engineering Institute’s Certified Municipal Engineering Program to become a Certified Municipal Engineer in New Jersey. I also received special training in the design of Roundabouts by completing a two-day Roundabout Design Workshop hosted by Rutgers University’s Center for Advanced Infrastructure and Transportation.
