I am an Undergraduate Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University student studying Aerospace Engineering in Daytona Beach, Florida. I am specializing in Propulsion Systems at what my school proudly refers to itself as "the Harvard of the skies.” I have also exposed myself to studies in the field of space physics, meteorology, and flight controls during my study at Embry-Riddle. Over the years leading to my final semester, I have two experiences in particular have helped focus my vision and ambitions for the future: 1. Volunteering-- Giving back and utilizing my skills for those in need are important values to me, so I stay active in volunteering efforts. I accomplish this goal by partaking leadership roles in Engineers Without Borders and Project Haiti. 2. Education-- One project in particular that I have enjoyed is a senior design project in which I worked on designing a low bypass turbofan engine capable of various challenging maneuvers. These experiences and many more have greatly contributing to fueling my passion for propulsion systems. I am one of many who aren’t feared, but fascinated by the art and science of flight. But, what makes me stand out is my unique combination of aviation and technical exposure, passion, and dedication to advancing the propulsion systems that make flight possible.
