Escalating any breakdowns to Line Shift Leader and Line Leader ● Communicating to on coming operators in morning meetings of what occurred in my assigned area from previous operators, and communicating on what I plan to do to better operate and improve equipment ● Writing and improving Standards and Job Aids to better operate equipment ● Perform daily maintenance tasks such as Cleaning, Inspecting, Lubrication (CIL) and checking every centerline on the equipment to assure that it is at base condition. ● Follow all plant safety rules, Lock Out Tag Out(LOTO), and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times ● Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are applicable to performing this work as well as general plant SOP’s ● Ensure that all quality SOP requirements are being followed, and visual inspection is occurring at all times and documented ● Quality process check, down time (DT) and spoilage entry at Palletizer as required and documented ● Responsible for all functions associated with the palletizing operation including but not limited to the palletizer, banding, inspection, labeling, and shrink wrap related to the palletizing operation ● Feed/Operate/Maintain all Palletizer/Packaging (labeling) related equipment ● Perform mechanical repairs ● Good housekeeping is required at all times ● Report to shift supervisor for further requirements when lines are down or underperforming ● Participate in team meetings as required ● Sorting as per instruction
