Since then, I’ve brought in new management systems, developed new revenue streams and have grown our turnover by over 230% - resulting in Cushman & Wakefield becoming one of the top 3 commercial advisory firms in Ireland. I also oversaw the rebranding from DTZ Sherry to Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, and in 2018, concluded the sale of the business to Cushman & Wakefield Global. I thoroughly enjoy being part of a global business, which gives me access to leading expertise and insights from colleagues in 400 offices and 70 countries worldwide. What I currently find most interesting is advising various fund managers in shaping their portfolios, and how we are influencing the design of developments and buildings to meet future occupiers needs, sustainability and tech requirements.
